BolsterSEO is a subscription-based SaaS product operated by Teamz360 LLC. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our practices regarding free trials, refunds, and subscription cancellations.
1. Free Trial
- All new users are eligible for a 14-day free trial of BolsterSEO.
- The trial period allows you to fully evaluate the product before subscribing.
- If you need more time, you may request a one-time extension of up to 7 additional days, provided the request is made within the first 7 days of your trial.
2. Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds for subscription fees, whether in part or full.
- Since a free trial is provided, users are expected to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Once canceled, you will not be charged for future billing cycles.
- Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- We do not impose any penalties or fees for cancellation.
4. Failed Payments & Account Suspension
- If payment cannot be processed, we may temporarily suspend your access until the payment issue is resolved.
- We will notify you by email before suspension.
